These Terms govern use of the Google Ads Reporting Dashboard operated by Umer Jamshaid through vorphi.com ("the application"). By using the application, you agree to these Terms.

The application provides reporting and analysis of Google Ads account information made available through authorized Google Ads API access.

2. Authorization and account access

You must have permission to access any Google Ads account you connect. You are responsible for granting appropriate permissions and maintaining the security of your Google Account. You may revoke access through your Google Account permissions.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the application to access accounts without authorization, violate applicable laws or third-party terms, interfere with the application's operation, or attempt to compromise its security.

4. Reporting and accuracy

Reports depend on information supplied by Google and the application's configuration. Data may be delayed, adjusted, incomplete, or unavailable. The application does not guarantee advertising outcomes, and users remain responsible for decisions made using its reports.

5. Third-party services

The application relies on Google APIs and may depend on other third-party services. Those services are subject to their own terms, policies, and availability. This application is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

6. Availability and changes

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued when necessary, including due to maintenance, security concerns, or changes to third-party services.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Umer Jamshaid will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the application. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
